With Assistant 2 do a 'refresh' firmware.

Do I do both controller and drone?
To be on the safe side, do both.
Try AC first - Reboot AC and try to connect with RC and GO4 app. If no errors pop up, you are good to go.

I’ve had that message and had to do batteries as well. Battery Error came up on RC. After you do the RC and bird, do all batteries as well.

Got it to work on different computer. I just downgraded back to the previous firmware I couldn’t the newest to update.

Can I do the batteries using the go app or do I have to do each one through assist in the drone?

Since you did a different firmware, install each battery and start up for a few minutes. If no battery error displays, no need for that.

Through Assistant on PC:
If it does display the error, you connect the craft, start drone, and a Update mismatched Module should come up, update, turn off, rinse and repeat for each battery. That’s what I did for 5 batteries.
