help!!! video noise problem.

The following video its straight from the sd card, first 24 seconds d-log(auto),next 24 seconds d-cinelike(auto)
Its fantastic to see incredible sharp videos from you guys in youtube and other sides. But Im tired of shoot and come home with these horrible noisy videos. Its this normal in Mavic Pro and then you edit and correct this?Or there is someting with my Mavic?

I noticed noise as well in my last shots. With a lot of light, ISO 100, and without ND filter. Never had that before, but I finally upgraded from FW .900 to the latest recently. I might try to downgrade the FW again, see what happens. If that cures it i will freeze it forever.
