Help with SC and Pix4D

Our organization just purchased three new Mavic Pro 2's to add to our fleet, and this time around we purchased the Smart Controllers....which may have been a bad move. We use Pix4D for setting grids for aerial mapping, but it appears after installing the Pix4D app, it won't download maps because there's no GPS connectivity between the aircraft and the app? Has anyone had any luck downloading maps with Pix4D, or another like app?

If you look at PIX4D website, they are not compatible with the SC.

No other mapping apps are compatible at this time (Dec. 06, 2019) with the SC.

Thanks for the reply. That's what I was afraid of. Sounds like most people who purchased a SC and need to map are sorry they did.
