I spend the winters in NW Florida close to AL. Orange Beach and Gulf Shores prohibits the use of drones along the beach.
Here is some info on flying drones in Alabama:

Found this too about the USS Alabama:

No, you cannot fly a drone within 100 feet of the USS Alabama in Mobile, Alabama without permission from the Deputy Executive Director. This includes flying horizontally or vertically within 100 feet of the USS Alabama, USS Drum, Aircraft Pavilion, Park Memorials, and any aircraft or artifacts on the grounds.
