Hi from Canberra Australia - Mavic Air

Hi, I have not flown my much loved Mavic Air for a few years, and now cannot get it to connect to the controller. It is the original model, and probably needs software upgrades, but it wont connect to the app on my iPhone - can someone suggest where I start with this?

Morning. First off: which app are you trying to use? DJI FLY or DJI GO4.

You need GO4 which you'll have to download directly from the software section of the DJI website.

If it's a new iPhone you might have difficulty getting the app to work, if you've got an older Android device, or an older iPhone, try that.
