I’m new to Drones. I’m currently contemplating selling my drone only because nearly everywhere I have gone to fly I get Warning Zone D coming up and all I want to do is fly and video my flights. I’m also so put off by potential new regulations. I was so excited getting it. And it’s amazing I purchased a Mavic 2 Pro and wow the control I have is overwhelming and the camera is fantastic. just all too much for me I think.

Hi, I suggest that you download the "Drone Assist" app which is free. This will give you up to date information on where there are "no fly zones". You must also consider that you must comply with local regulations and only fly if you have permission from the landowner to take off and land. There are still lots of places you can get a sneaky flight in if you are careful!

+1 on the Drone Assist app, it really is the business. It’s so helpful in pre-planning where you’re going to fly before you ever leave the house.

Don’t feel too disheartened, once you get a couple of good flights under your belt you’ll be over the moon (not literally, coz that would contravene the 400 ft rule :D:D:D

Welcome to MavicPilots from Dayton Ohio USA! Enjoy your new Mavic 2 Pro, Fly safe and have fun!
