Forget no. 9 in my post above. Was in SF last weekend, and tried to fly from the ILM/Lucas parking lot. No go! It showed green on the map because it is no longer part of the Presidio. It is now PRIVATE property, and the property owner forbids drone flights from the parking lot. The guard there stated we could park there for 20 minutes, but NO DRONE FLYING. Worth seeing though, because of the Yoda Statue and Fountain.
