Hi guys again, what a terrific resource this forum is. Thank to all the contributors here, you've lessened the learning curve for me immensely.

Now, here's another curly one that has me wondering. I posted some images yesterday taken over the golf resort where i live. I was pretty happy overall with the results but there was one little thing that bugged me.
On all the images where the horizon was included, it wasn't straight. It wasn't out by a lot but enough to annoy me. Again, it's an easy fix in post but I'm wondering if there is something I've missed... a setting or something?
I've downloaded a copy of the M2P User Guide but (to me anyway) I've not found it particularly helpful.
Below is the out of camera RAW image and below it is the edited version. You can clearly see the horizon out on the image below and the M2P was stationary at the time?

No need to imu calibration. There is a setting somewhere to adjust this. Not with my gear at the moment so can't tell you exactly where, sorry

Cheers mate

It could also be because of wind at altitude, if the drone has to tilt to stay in one place due to wind speed, you will have an un-level horizon in pictures.

That should not happen even with a strong wind.

Hey,

Excuse me for being out of topic, but I couldn't stand not asking you. Why is your pictures so sharp? Have you done any special processing?

I did a gimbal recalibration which worked.
You’re not. The error is mine. I use this procedure frequently on my Mavic Pro and somehow (-stupidly) glanced over the (2) in your message. The lesson for me is to pay more careful attention while multitasking. I was flight planning an upcoming trip from WDR to FDK. I now need to recheck my flight plan before filing!

The entire reason you have a gimbal is so this does not happen - clearly looks like a calibration issue to me.

Has anyone heard of a new firmware update to make the C2 button and right thumb wheel trick work now on Mavic 2?
