how can I change the picture numbering ?

I know it can be done, but my MP has changed to 001 002 003 etc and I want to make it continuous every time I start MP, how can I do this ?

Its in the camera settings file index mode , continuous or reset

Thanks singer, not sure if this is a glitch after the last few update to 0400, I say this because a mate of mine is having the same problem with file index mode changing int to reset after setting continuous as preferred option.
Will test it again today

testing again today and it looks like the continuous mode is selected as normal
