How do i unbind a used drone

I've recently purchased a used mavic air2 combo,I already have a mini2 so I've got dji fly app with an account which I've binded to my account
Now the mavic air2 is bound to the original owner is there anyway I can unbind the drone and add it to my account

It's no such thing that a drone is bound to a owner or account in general ... (except for the new care refresh with flyaway coverage).

You log into the Fly app with your credentials, connect the screen device to the RC, start it up together with the craft & you're good to go ... all flight logs flown with you logged into the app will end up in your account.

I've flown the drone everything is as it should,looking further it does have refresh as you have said
the drone is bound to the dji refresh account
