I think mavic 2 can fly many hours continously. Me and many else have added extra weight (extra batteries) and they seems to cope quite well. Adding extra weight is hard for the motors, the current is more than doubled.
I think that if you check the motor temps each landing, to detect if a motor getting hot, you should be fine.
Take in calculation that the batteries loses it's capacity after a certain number of charges. Mine seems only to get about 3000 instead of 3840mAh after 80 charges. But I havn't been nice to them
There exist dji key parameters as current to the motors. It would probably make sense to supervise them, but they are not available in the dji app though.
