Hi guys,
I purchased two extra batteries for my Mavic Pro. So having three batteries in total my question is would it be a problem or is it safe to fly battery after battery with no rest for the Mavic ?
Or should I rest the Mavic for a period and how long during battery changes?

Well as you all have mentioned TEMPERATURE I do live in the tropics the most southernly Island in the Caribbean (Trinidad and Tobago). Our daily highs are 34 C / 92 F.

You should fly at least four, so you are a battery short. I jest, however I fly and cycle through my charged batteries. If you own eight batteries you can keep charging and cycling and never have to stop flying.

shouldn't be an issue but I always check the Mavic when nit lands to see if either the battery or the heat sink on the Mavic underbelly is hot. So far neither have been but with summer approaching, I will be paying more attention to it....but so far a non issue.

Shouldn't be an issue at all. I agree with the comment though if I ever felt the heat sink was particularly hot I'd probably let the Mavic cool down. But I've not flown in any real warm temps yet.

Thanks for the comments to my post. I am getting a better picture with regards to my question.
I'll always keep in mind the Temperature of my environment and the bird while flying.
Keep on commenting. Thanks.

I think this would depend on how aggressively youre flying as well. If youre in Sport Mode the entire time your lipo is gonna get really hot. While that might only lead to a shortened overall battery life I'd imagine flying really aggressive in hot weather could cause a lipo to puff. Although I havent seen a puffed MP batt yet.
