How often do you use your gimbal cover?

I only use mine when taking long trips either by car or by plane. For just short rides close to home, I don't use the cover; I just brace the gimbal against a pillow to keep it from vibrating. What about you? https://superbearadventureapk.net/

I use mine similarly, but I'll try your pillow trick for local rides. For flights, I always use the hard case with foam inserts for maximum protection.

You might just think about that the next time you push it against the pillow and as you travel, it begins to flop around because it is not secured in place with the cover that was designed to keep it safe and intact.

Yup, this thread has made up my mind...use the cover!

I have the Air3s as the very first drone that I owned or flew. I also found the cover to be fiddly to put on, but thought that it was important to protect the most delicate part of the drone. However, after a recommendation on this forum, I purchased a new cover on AliExpress ($5), that is MUCH simpler to fit, and gives better protection IMO.

Protects both the gimbal and the front sensors, and clips onto the bottom of the body. I have found the BRDRC stuff to be pretty good, but this was a 'best buy' for sure.
I also enjoy their 'dropper' that activates using the downlight on the Air3s, much fun delivering items
