How to fix firmware update fail?

I turn on my Mavic today and try to fly if. It show need to update firmware, so I update it, but keep get fail. What I can do now? Please help.

#1. You can still fly without updating your firmware while to try to figure it out.

#2. What kind of device are you using?

#3. Are you trying to update "DJI GO 4"?

hello to everyone anyone who can help to configure out this problem can help .... I have mavic air and I tried to update it's firmware but did not work... the update keeps failing for the remote and it won't fly anymore - I really need your help please

I take a shot.....Turn off your ad blocker and Anti spyware Programs Make sure you have a good conection and shut down any programs running while trying to Update your firmware
....and try another Cable ....cR

And you might also try to do the update "hardwired", as in using a Lan cable from pc to your modem/router.
Sometimes the signal from the Mavic ac/controller can "blow out" your wifi signal from your router.
I had the exact same issue when I open the box to register my bird, (but not/never updated anything). Once I used the Lan cable (only had to do it once), all was happy happy happy....
