I just received my MP back from repair after a 7 week wait. However, I didn't get back the one I sent in. How can I determine how many hours etc are on the MP they sent me. The one I sent in for repair had very little flight time on it.

There is no way to find this information. The best you could do is check the Mavic's internal memory card for any DAT flight logs to see where it has been recently flown. If you'd like to do that, you can find instructions here.
That's down right pitiful that it takes 7 weeks to set a refurbished drone in a box and ship it out.
