How to pack a parachute for dropping items?

I have purchased a fun new air-dropping mechanism for my MA2, and I’m wondering if anyone can point me to a resource on how best to pack a parachute in order to reliably drop items from a height.

In looking, all I see about drones and parachutes is how to keep your Phantom from plunging from the sky.
