Hi just purchased Litchi app for my Ipad mini 4, I wont to know how to get a copy to my Android phone.do I have to pay for another app for the android. (Not very Techy).
 
they are different platforms, IOS and android. so yes you will likely have to purchase again for android.
 
You will definitely have to purchase it again when installing Litchi on an Android device.
