If I go by just you post, i think you're asking if you can shoot hyperlapse, when the drone is landed. I think so, but not sure. Just try it and check.

My air3 does. I set the air 3 on the ground and went to hyperlapse and started taking pictures and moved the gimbal up and down. It worked. But that's the air3.

your saying the air3 can't shoot hyperlapse when flying a waypoint mission? I wouldn't know. Never tried it.

No, I wanted to see if you could set up a Hyperlapse waypoint mission without having the drone running. Currently, you can set up a regular waypoint mission with the drone off inside the controller, but didn’t know if you could do it with Hyperlapse waypoint. Obviously you can’t thanks.
