I Cant found panorama mode and precision landing options

Are u waiting for your device to say "homepoint has been recorded!" ????? I only see 7 satellites in your screenshot...maybe thats why but you should get a precision landing check box above that slider on screenshot. Also all vps settings on??? And for pano u have to be in p-mode go to camera settings , select camera icon, u will then see "single shot, hdr, etc etc and look towards bottom u should see pano

How to know if the VPS is on ? And also what's the minimum satellite number to be able to use precision landing and takeoff?
