I found this LT preset and it works quite well.

Dropbox - Mavic PRO Hot Zone Fix.lrtemplate

For Macs, install it ~/library>application support>adobe>lightroom>develop presets>user presets. Remove the .txt and restart Lightroom and it will be under user presets in the Develop module.

people will say I'm wrong but i think the quality of video from the P3P was significantly better than I've seen from the Mavic,

This is really not surprising given that P3 cameras had larger sensors and were overall much larger than the Mavic Pro camera. I loved the quality I got from my P3A, but the drone was just too large to travel with => thus I'm stuck with MP's camera gimmicks while somebody with a car is enjoying my P3A.
