if I recharge

Why not test it and see?
Take a note of the charge count before you start to charge then check it at various levels.
Once you find the trip point see if you can duplicate the tripping at that approximate level with another battery etc.

Air Data not updating my charges good. I keep everything on a spreadsheet. For instance battery 102QV was depleted to a level of 18 percent on 26 july. Charged up again from 100 to 41 percent and still showed the same charge cycle of 31. Have 3 batteries and it happens not and then to them all.

I charge mine after every flight and it shows as a charge so I would say the answer to your question is yes. Why are you concerned about the cycles.

It's hard to tell unless you download a flight so I see what your asking. I'm only guessing that it shows a charge. Good question

With 3 batteries I like to keep them working together instead of putting all of the work load on one or two. I really have no idea in the air data discrepancy in cycle count.

I keep mine below 15 percent until I am ready to fly and then do a charge.
