It didn't on release , not sure if it might have been added.
It's very light on flight features other DJI drones have had.
I couldn't find anything searching dji mavic mini features course lock.

Hi, Joeyambor69xxx, while the Mavic Mini (resp. the DJI Fly app) does not provide course lock, you can use similar features with 3rd party apps.
In Litchi the Focus Mode (with option "Aircraft Rotation" off) is a similar thing.
In Maven (iOS only) you can use the "Virtual Copilot" and choose "Cable Cam", then you can move the drone along a "line". Not exactly the same as course lock, but very useful for similar tasks.
Both work with Mavic Mini.
