I'm stuck!

For my first few flight videos, after capturing, I downloaded the clips to my phone. From there, uploaded to my PC for editing. Easy.
Since then, I cannot download to phone because cache is full.
I still have 175 gigs available on my phone, have deleted all previous videos but still says cache full.

So I have a bunch of videos stored on the DJI app. But I cant figure how to get those videos from app to computer.

You should be able to clear your cache with this screen

Why not just pop out the MicroSD from the Mavic and copy the videos directly from it?

You might have the cache limit set on DJI Go to something like 2GB. Though as Plawa mentioned, it's much easier to just plug in the SD card to your computer and transfer that way.

Or you may attach a usb cable between the Mavic and your computer and it appears in your file explorer/finder. I though believe that file transfer takes longer time with usb than to put the sd card directly into the computer. (But dome pc's lack sd card slot)

I need to pick up an SD/USB adaptor.
For now, I did find that the min/USB works for transfers.

Just remember to remove the gimbal clip when you have the Mavic just sitting there and downloading data...

Ok so.
I can get photos/videos to my computer through adapter download.
But. I'm on a road trip. I can download photos easily to my phone and immediately post them on Facebook or whatever.
But I can't do this with video. It downloads but, when download is complete, it says it can't store to my personal storage. Pictures make it to phone, video doesn't:

My phone has tons of available space so I'm not sure why they won't store.

Don't download from Mavic SD as they are bigger files.
Settings should be to clear cache from phone after about 2GB.
Just get extra SD cards for Drone if you can't download to a computer.
Phone won't handle those file sizes.
