Hi! New to this forum - and relatively new to drone flying. Excited to find out more and be a part of this community. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Problem?
Trying to download photos/video footage direct from mavic pro onto my computer direct using the USB. SD card is being read by computer, files come up but do not fully load - no dimension specs and will not let me preview or download files - see image for example. Files are visable through my Dji4 app downloaded from cloud - so were definitely taken!

What have you tried so far? Plugged drone directly into 2 different macs using USB cable. Drone is turned on. Card can be seen but on one mac - files can not be seen, on second mac - files can be seen but not opened/downloaded or previewed.

What device are you using ( iphone , ipad, Samsung , etc)? iMac

What Go app version are you using? Dji Go 4

Any modification? N/A

Did you change anything or install any apps? N/A

Do you have a video or pictures of the problem? (if so post link)

I download from the Mavic Pro using to my Macbook Pro a USB lead. The function is very poor. It often does not load first time and the downloads are very slow. Far slower than from my SLR. DJI have not got this working well at all.
