I sure that this video has been reversed in post prod to make it more impressive.

I saw this a few weeks ago. Very impressive, probably came from a drone racing background. Definitely flown slower and sped up in post as well as reversed the video. The only give away is the bird at the 12 second mark. There's also a person creeping into the shot prior to the basketball courts but that's a little harder to see how fast they are actually moving.
