IMU Altitude Error

Hoping someone can shed some light....just been out with my Mini, only flown it a handful of times. About 5 minutes into the flight it stopped responding to going forward....had flashing red, green light and then got an IMU Altitude Error....any ideas??

I don't know if the two things are linked but with regards to not 'moving forwards', by any chance does this mean moving away from you? If so had you accidentally set the distance limit?

No mate, was stood right next to the drone.....I am going to calibrate it this afternoon and see if this makes a difference.
