Not my video alas ! That's the OTUS project, and apprently that's the second tornado they have flown into with their custom FPV / plane hybrid thing ! There are a few very low res pics of the craft dotted around the net, but nothing I have found that shows any detail...

Want to fly inside of a tornado you will need a C-130 for that you can find 3 or 4 of them on the tarmac at kessler Air force Base, Biloxi, Mississippi. Good luck with that. lol
