insta 360 x2 , a good add on investment or not

Thinking of getting a insta 360 camera for use with my Air 2s . A good investment or not ?

Ken Heron did a video with the Insta 360 as an add on. Don't remember which drone. I'm sure you can find it on YouTube.

I'd say that "investment" is the wrong word to use for the huge majority of us who don't actually make a living with these things. So, I was thinking more of entertainment and fun when I bought an Insta360 One X2 two weeks ago. I'm still waiting for the bracket to suspend it from my Air 2S to arrive from China, so I haven't flown the camera yet.

But, the camera has already been a lot of fun and I'm astonished at what it's able to do and at the quality of the images and video it produces. Tinkering with it has been a great antidote to covid cabin fever. The viewer-directed 360-degree videos are amazing and you can upload them directly to Youtube.

It's a marvelous gadget, but unless you have a client in mind, it's probably a lousy investment.
