i think there is a nought missing off the price
apart from the fact that it has scam written all over it
That is a lot of detail for a fraudulent ad, so I’m guessing this is a scorned, ex-spousal, divorce settlement sale. Then I’m hoping a forum member gets it, posts about the deal-of-a-lifetime, then sells it for true market value on our Classified section to a wealthy newbie.
I'll broker this deal for you! Send me the six hundred in unmarked bills, in a paper bag on the bench at the north end of the bridge. Gimme a week to respond once I have the cash.
Occasionally though there are great deals to be had.
A couple of years ago I bought a used motorcycle at half of fair market value. The guy scared himself riding on a different bike he owned, so badly, he was just trying to get rid of his bikes as fast as possible. What should have been over $10,000 I bought for $5,000.
