Ipad Mini 4 or Air 2?

Decided to move to an Apple platform for controlling vs my Samsung S8. Too many app crashes to feel comfortable. Ipad Mini 4 and Air 2, used, are about the same price. I've heard I want to ensure I get a WiFi + Cellular to ensure there is a GPS in the device. Thoughts on which is a better control platform?

You won't see a difference, performance-wise. Overall, the Air 2 is a bit faster.

Pick whichever suits your needs - size vs. portability.

I'd get the 5th gen iPad over both of them. It's faster than both of them.
However, if you want the ipad that will work with the stock arms, then get the mini.
