iPad mini won't download DJI go 4 app

Just got my Mavic today been a long wait but I got my sons iPad mini which he doesn't use and tried to download the DJI go 4 app and it says it's not compatible is there anyway round this or is it a No No?

No. You can only use the Apple devices listed here.

The original iPad Mini is too old to run DJI GO 4. Even if it did run, the lag would be too great and might even be dangerous.
