iPhone X not connecting to DJ I go4 app

So excited I got my iPhone x today.
Not excited —-it won’t connect to the controller!
latest firmware on all devices
Plug 7+ and iPad mini in and they work fine
Uninstall app three times refreshed phone reinstalled out re-logged in
I think I’ve tried it all
no joy

I have the same problem with my iphone 8plus and I wrote to them, this is what they answered me

Our R & D Department is currently working on additional devices to be compatible with the DJI Go 4 App.

already solved with version 11.2 already solved with version 11.2, a couple of days ago they launched the update here in Colombia

I have iOS 11.2 and DJI go 4 app 4.1.18 and the app won’t stay connect to the aircraft but will to the controller. Can’t rely on it to use when flying.
