All fine and dandy..except the obvious. IF these "lawless" fliers are flying where they shouldn't...then what makes you think they have properly registered their aircraft with any identifiable marking? Only one manufacture requires and tracks their aircraft by serials that is required once bought to enter the system. The one, unless modified or not updated, will not fly at a ballpark or sports stadium.
