Is iPad Air 2 powerful enough to use with the MA2?

I retired my Ipad Air 2 awhile back. It was great with my Phantom 4 and the early GO4 app, but it began to just suddenly close the app as GO4 matured, and the DJI Fly app is just as CPU intensive. So my answer to your question, is yes, it will work, but it will work poorly. Definitely close all background apps, and turn video caching off in your flight app.

I never use video caching, and it is a dedicated iPad, without nothing else running in the background, so that may explain the lack of major issues. DJI Fly has occasionally crashed, but never in flight, and my understanding was that the crashes were due to early instability in the Fly app, rather than the hardware. However, the Air 2 is definitely a bit long in the tooth!
