Is it possible to bypass the DJI Mini 4 Pro's 120-meter height limit without triggering the Remote ID?

In the US we have a 400 foot restriction above ground level per FAA. That is 121 m. There is a setting in the DJI App to alter this setting, up to something like 300m. I'm not aware it turns on Remote ID when you do so. It is a setting, I think under Safety.
When you do so, you are prompted to acknowledge you may be in violation. Of course, if you were flying up a hill, you might need to do this, and would not be in violation. Not sure if your software is different with you being in Hungary.

As far as I know, only the plus-sized batteries activate RID as it puts the drone over 250g.

for what need remoti id and for what people no want emit remote id?

it's a drone identification system that transmits real-time flight telemetry and some other stuff.

Not applicable in Poland.

Remote ID broadcasts flight data so that anyone (mainly authorities) can see what you're doing. It's a legal requirement in the USA.

Based on some testing and other comments. The Mini 4 Pro activates RID when you put in a Plus battery and take off. The RID also activates when you use the 249 battery that came with the Mini 3. It works in the Mini 4, but is slightly heavier, so the battery ID activates RID as well (marked BW160 on the case). If you put a Mini 4 Pro 249 battery back in (BW140), it will disable RID after one flight. This is with US specific software. If you want to investigate yourself, the RID broadcast is a WiFi and Bluetooth signal. Use a laptop with the find network box open. When your drone starts transmitting (you must be at least in a hover), it will show up as a WiFi network with the prefix RID....
