ThankyouI don’t think so, it comes up with a warning to remove the cover Before flying it on the screen. Also the gimbal will be trying to correct itself while flying and you could cause some damage to it.

I have attached a red ribbon to the cover so I can't fail to notice that it is still attached ......
I do something similar. I left the cover on once and it definitely didn't like it.
