I need to get 1 or 2 pixel per inch with this drone but I have no idea how high I can fly to achieve this.

Use DroneDeploy for your flight planning and it will calculate and show you.
Even if you don't want to use DD, download their app and play around with it to set up a trial missions.
No need to do any flying, just connect the drone and it show you what you are looking for.
Adjust the height and see how that changes the resolution.

Depends solely on the size of yr sensor & the FOV of yr lens. if yr drone is a M2P with 5472 pixel sensor & FOV 77 deg & u want 2 pixels per inch then the height in inches is approx. 2736/(2xTan(38.5))=1719”=143 ft
