Recently I tried to update the software on my Mavic 3E smart controller. It said there was not enough memory, the memory was at 93% capacity. So I went to delete photos. Apparently I had over 100,000 photos. The system will only let me delete 300 at a time and only by manually selecting each photo. Ive spent a couple hours a day for the past 5 days deleting photos. Ive gotten it down to 85,000. This is a rediculous process. I tried to get DJI support. The tech that called me I couldn't understand a word he said, thick Chinese accent. I think he told me to transfer all the photos to an SD card, then delete them on my computer. The problem there is that there is no SD card support in the controller. I can view photos on the SD card in the controller but there is no way to transfer anything fro the remote to the SD card.
If anyone knows the trick here, please share. I intend to submit a software update suggestion to DJI to be able to select whether or not the controller saves the photos. I imagine M3E pilots will soon discover this problem for themselves very soon unless you've been deleting your photos along the way.
