So, I've got my mind set on the Mavic 2 Pro as I'm upgrading from an Air and want to be able to get better low light shots.

However, I can't decide whether to go for it now, or wait until March when the inevitable UK wet and windy winter is over. Also, any launch bugs will be fixed, and more cases/accessories will be available. My head says wait, but my heart is saying DO IT NOW! Anyone else having this dilemma as opposed to which version to get?!

Thanks for your reply. That's a good point. I've been a fair weather flyer with my Air. If I am in rough terrain I take off from my hard case and then hand catch to avoid the problem. How do you get around the muddy /wet ground for takeoff and landing? Is a cheap landing pad good enough to keep it dry, and is a Pro easy enough to hand catch?
