Recommend for the first few flights you activate Beginner mode and also find a large field or soccer field without any obstructions and do several flights in that field. This will let you get used to the controls and reactions and features of the MA. Once you are comfortable, take it off Beginner mode and do some more flights in the open space before you attempt more advanced locations.

The MA is a great drone, you should be very happy with it.
