I’m not one for long videos but I enjoyed this one right to the end. I liked the mixing in of some of the in the lower forest shots in the video,and the view is amazing.

My thoughts are definitely positive! Loved the slow, beautiful shots of the mountains and braided rivers and roadways.
My wife and I did a complete drive of the highway from Calgary, Canmore, Banff, Jasper, and most of that road is in national parks. The drone regulations are extremely strict with high fines if caught. I was fearful of using my drone although I did find small portions that were not in the park.

Yes- we had an Air B and B in Canmore that I could fly from the front of the house and also, on a side street in Jasper. When I saw the strict fines by Canada Parks, I said no way am I going to take a chance.

so I have installed Nav drone Canada app and follow that in such places It comes pretty handy.

Yes- I have the same app and just now I tried to search for any legal place to fly from Canmore, Jasper, and Yoho and they were all disallowed.

Also please do not forget to select micro and micro drone (249 g) as it selects basic and small by default

I may have not checked that. I did fly the Mini 2. (I left the M3 back in Miami). I will not be going back there very soon so it is all a moot point for me now. You got great footage and that is what counts.
