It's actually old bridge water front park on Mapquest . Take 35 just past the drawbridge Barr right for unturned and then you can make a left and there is a parking lot. Usually no one there but I walk back towards the drawbridge just to avoid people.

Go over RT 35S Drawbridge then immediately bare right towards marina.
