Joystick takeoffs stopped working

I thought I read somewhere that the Mavics use magnetics with sensors for the stick input.
I could very well be wrong about that but if it is then there would be no pots.

Correct - all the DJI controllers use Hall Effect sensors. No potentiometers involved.

If You pilot in custom mode stick take off sequence will not work
