This is only the second time I've shot one. The first turned out really great, but was at much higher elevation. Why is this one so jumpy? Is it focusing on too many things?
I set it for 3 second intervals, 15 second video. It took 375 pics.

Also. Since, I've re-updated the firmware as well as calibrate it. I haven't tried it out yet.

I read that if things (your foreground trees) are too close, it is hard to avoid jumpiness since the drone is not absolutely stationary close up items/things will tend to exaggerate the motion.

DJI's GPS positioning system is amazing... But.. The craft will never stay 100% still for the entire duration of a hyperlapse session. This is especially true if there's an appreciable wind. As ff22 says, close up things will show it the most.

What video editing package are you using? Some have the ability to reduce or even eliminate camera shake..

Seems to me like it was quite windy when you shot this. You can see the wind on the water..

Maybe do a waypoint hyperlapse and change elevation next time to help hide the bumps or just wait till there’s no wind.
