Latest F/W update - doesn't start - "Continue"

Been trying since yesterday to get the latest F/W and/or Geofence to update. Neither works.

0% for 5 - 10 seconds then "Continue" button.

I've powered everything on and off a few times.

Batts near 100% charge. (controller and MP).

How does one log out of the app? I want to log back in but can't find how to log out.

Go to "Me" --> Settings (gear symbol). At the bottom is "Sign Out".

Why don't you update via DJI Assistant and a computer? It's far more reliable and generally faster downloading files (depends on your Internet connection though).

Thanks. I did go to the gear. No "me" - no "log out. I'll look again.

DJI Assistant is a disaster on a Mac - often won't connect properly; have to do things in a specific sequence; always wants permissions. Hoaky at best.

But I will try it if need be.
 
Yep, did that. And could not see a log out option after that.

In any case, just started the download a few minutes ago and it's fine. Perhaps the servers were overloaded or otherwise temperamental.
