Lead time taken send back to DJI for repair?

Once DJI receives the returned unit how long did it take them to send you an email?

Your friend doesn't happen to have a YouTube channel about sailing does he? High value publicity always takes a front seat.

He does - I guess they ARE selective about who gets serviced first...

I got the same message today too. They said it would be shipping within 3 business days. Hopefully this timeline is more accurate than their repair estimate of 3-4 days which was actually 10 business days

I got my tracking number this afternoon from DJI
Support. They will be sending it through UPS Ground. There was a 3 hour interval between the email this morning saying that they completed the repair and ready for shipment.

I can't wait for my Mavic to come home!

Crashed xmas. Took a month of haggling with Dji to get mines back but I have it now. More careful nowadays
