I guess all countries within the UK ...
As UK is on BREXIT, it is very doubtful that you are entitled with the new EU-wide regulation and registration in 2020/2021 to enjoy a one-time application only in your home country to be able to fly in all member countries.

No. For example, if you come to the US you will have to register the aircraft with the FAA.

At the moment there is no registration, it's due to start in November, they are still ironing out the details.
