Link problem with old controller

Hello . i had crash a mavic mini 2 so i bought another one just the craft, but am having dificulties to link it with my old comtroller ..
Help please

Are you seeing any error messages, if so what are they?
Is the new mini 2 showing the sequential LED flashing of the battery lights that are indicative of it attempting to link with a 'new' controller?

It saying unabke to connect and the led on the craft kip blinking

I asked about the battery LEDs on the underside of the drone, NOT the single multi coloured LED underneath the battery door.
The battery LEDs on the underside of the drone flash in singly in sequence when the drone is attempting to create a link to a new controller, are they doing that?

No its fix ..

If that means the battery LEDs on the drone are not flashing in sequence then either you are not triggering the link process on the drone or there is something else happening.

One other thing, try removing the mSD card from the drone, a corrupt file or misnamed file on the card can cause linking problems.

Watch this video watch I normally use the button only method, shown from 1:04ish onwards. If the spoken language is not your first language switch the subtitle on and select the appropriate language.
