Litchi App Question

So I'm thinking of repurposing my P3S to be a Litchi experiment now that I have a Mavic. I've watched a few vids and reviewed the software info. But I have a question I can't seem to find the answer to.

If I purchase the software to run on my iphone7+, does it also come with a Mac interface to plan the routes with? I'd prefer to use my MacBook for planning, not my iPhone

You can plan missions here on Litchi's website.

So you use their website as the planning interface to upload to the phone app after purchasing?

Yes, you'll need the Litchi app to access/fly your missions.
