Litchi on Dji Air and having "Downlink" issue (no video feed)

I am connected to sats and have signal to the rc but the "downlink" icon is empty and i have no video feed. Any ideas? Using samsung galaxy 8+ on tmobile.

ok ill just chop it up as the app does not work and this forum does not have any knowledge on the app.....

I have no Android devices, so cannot comment with any authority. However, going by previous responses to very similar issues (use the search tool on the upper right), the problem is nearly always the quality of the cable linking the controller to the phone. When it's not that, it's the version of Android being used.
